Guideline to Access Customer Portal

Welcome to the SQL Accounting Customer Portal! This portal is designed to provide you with easy access to important resources anytime, anywhere.

During busy periods, such as after the launch of E-Invoice Batch 2, our helpline might be overwhelmed. If you cannot reach us by phone, you can use the portal to find solutions, download the latest software version along with setup files, and follow tutorials to complete upgrades. The portal also allows you to review steps you might have forgotten.

While you are always welcome to call our helpline, the portal gives you more options to address your needs efficiently.

Step 1: Visit the Portal

  1.   Open your web browser on your computer or mobile device.
  2.   Go to www.kb.sqlacc.com.

 

Step 2: Log in to Your Account

> Activate Your Account (For First Time Login Only)

  1.  Watch this guide
  2.  Visit MySoftware Knowledge Base and log in with your username and new password.

> Next Login

  1.   Enter your username (usually your company name) and password directly on the homepage.
  2.   If you are unsure of your username, look for an email with the title [Knowledge Base] Password Reset.
  3.   If you forget your password, please contact support at 04-2999399 to receive a password reset email.

 

Step 3: Explore Self-Learning Resources

Once logged in, navigate through the portal to find resources such as:

    • Latest SQL software version
    • E-Invoice tutorial videos
    • SQL software tutorial articles and videos
    • Troubleshooting tips
    • Your service contract expiry date
    • Use the search bar to quickly locate specific topics or features you want to learn.
